Am Training Day bringen wir zusammen mit der Foundations for European Progressive Studies (FEPS) und den Young European Swiss (YES) junge progressive Stimmen aus der Schweiz und ganz Europa zusammen, um sich gemeinsam mit der politischen Beziehung zwischen der Schweiz und der Europäischen Union auseinanderzusetzen. In einem kompakten, interaktiven Format bietet der Tag fundiertes Wissen über EU-Institutionen, aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Europapolitik und Raum für Diskussionen über die Rolle der Schweiz in Europa. Ziel ist es, Austausch zu fördern, politische Reflexion anzuregen und neue Perspektiven auf eine progressive europäische Zukunft zu eröffnen.

The one-day workshop ‚Switzerland in the Heart of Europe – Training Day‘ is aimed at young progressive political actors from across the EU, EFTA and from Switzerland. The goal is to provide knowledge about the institutions of the EU, current political developments in the EU, potential EU enlargements, and the relationship between EU and Switzerland.

On the evening before, we will host a cosy fireside chat with exciting guests on the topic, followed by dinner together.
The event will be held in English. Travel expenses within Switzerland will be reimbursed upon request.
